i havent been on in a while i went school clothes shopping over the weekend now i am over at josh's house and i am also on a new all healthy food diet -no more fast food sodas and chips- i am eating yogert and veggies now. so thats the update so far! see ya!!

kinsley and Cru got up from nap time and kinsley was begging me to make her some mac and cheese and so i did i geuss she didnt get the fact that is was VERY hot so she burned her mouth a few times then i get her dressed and i think were going to see cuzins soon and kinsly is full of energy so im going to go so... c ya!

im at mys with kinsley and i just got her ready and were (cuzins) are about to go roller skating and kinsley is VERY excite dshe keeps on yelling *roller skating!* around the house sooo thats it so far
